Level Design of a third-person stealth for Splinter Cell

I’m currently working on designing a third-person stealth level inspired by Ubisoft’s Splinter Cell series.
Goals:
- Create a stealth level inspired by Splinter Cell.
- Build a compact experience with 10–15 minutes of gameplay.
- Demonstrate my ability to design stealth-focused gameplay.
Key Design Elements:
- Multiple route options for players
- Layouts that encourage observation and strategic planning
- Smart use of verticality to create gameplay opportunities
- Thoughtful enemy placement and patrol routes
- Implementation of scripted events to enhance immersion
